The Tribe of Issachar is a discipleship program for teenagers and young adults. It's mission is to see a generation of teenagers and young adults who are passionately committed to Jesus.
Purpose
Pastor Richard is actively going into public schools with a heart full of purpose, teaching students about the Tribe of Issachar and inspiring them to understand their unique calling as young ambassadors of Christ. He spreads the powerful message of Jesus, encouraging them to rise up as leaders, who carry His light and truth into their schools and communities, making an impact that extends far beyond the classroom.
Together
Pastor Richard and his wife Adriana are not only partners in marriage but also in ministry. Richard and Adriana are united in their calling as leaders of the Tribe of Issachar as well, which is the church's dynamic youth group, where they are passionately dedicated to teaching and training the next generation of believers, equipping them with the tools, wisdom, and boldness to carry the gospel into their schools, neighborhoods, and the streets of their cities. Pastor and his wife are inspiring the young adults and youth to be fearless ambassadors of Christ who actively transform their communities with love, truth, and purpose.
Young Adults
The teens and young adults, attending the Tribe of Issachar, are experiencing incredible growth in both their understanding and faith, as they dive deeper into the teachings of the Bible. These young minds, are engaging in powerful discussions, and are encouraged to live out their beliefs with boldness, which is shaping them into confident, compassionate leaders ready to make a difference in their communities.

The Tribe of Issachar is a vibrant community made up of individuals of all ages, from youth and teens to young adults. These young warriors are united with one mind and in one accord as they actively participate in the teachings, learning experiences, and activities that Pastor Richard and Adriana passionately provide. The bible studies and guidance are fostering a sense of unity, purpose, and spiritual growth for everyone involved.

The Tribe of Issachar Youth Group is dedicated to equipping and empowering the next generation, by training our youth to not only understand and live out the Gospel, but also to boldly carry it into their schools, neighborhoods, and beyond. This training will preparing them to be passionate, compassionate leaders who will impact their communities, with the truth, love, and hope of Christ, all while fostering a strong sense of purpose, responsibility, and faith in their walk with God.
